## Where it can go

- **Anywhere** on the page.
- **Must contain** `form`.
- **Out of place,** Smootify removes it from the page: no form.

## What it requires

Nothing beyond Smootify: it works on every plan.

## Fields in the form

It reads no field of yours: the submit logs out and follows Shopify’s logout url.

## Loading

Its code loads only on pages that have `logout-form`.
