How can I submit a ticket?

If you have an active Premium plan on a project you can submit a ticket directly from the beacon chat of the Smootify dashboard (bottom right corner). Note that the beacon chat will appear on your dashboard only for projects with an active Premium Plan and you can ask premium support only for those projects.

Yes, you can use one subscription for one single project.

Does the subscription renew automatically each year? 

Yes, our premium plan will auto-renew unless canceled during the subscription period.

Can I cancel my subscription at anytime?

Yes, you can easily cancel your subscription from your account with few clicks.

Can I ask for refund?

Due to the nature of digital goods, we can’t issue refund. We suggest starting with the Free plan to give Smootify a try and make sure it fits your needs. Once purchased, no refunds are allowed.
