Yes, you can use one subscription for one single project.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
Yes, our Lite and Server plans will auto-renew unless canceled during the subscription period.
Can I cancel my subscription at anytime?
Yes, you can easily cancel your subscription from your Shopify account with few clicks.
Can I switch plans after signing up?
Yes, you can upgrade and downgrade your plan at any time. If you decide to cancel your paid plan, you will automatically be downgraded to the free plan. Please note that refunds are not available for the remaining term of a canceled/downgraded paid plan.
Can I ask for refund?
Due to the nature of digital goods, we can’t issue refund. We suggest starting with the Free plan to give Smootify a try and make sure it fits your needs. Once purchased, no refunds are allowed.
