Customer accounts in your own design.
Login, orders, returns, quotes, addresses and profile pages built in Webflow or Astro, with the data kept in Shopify.
Every account field is an element you place and style: name, email, phone, addresses, order history. Signed-in and signed-out states are classes, so the design decides what each visitor sees.

Lists per customer
A product list can read a metafield on the signed-in customer: reorder, your usuals, picked for you. The merchant fills it in Shopify.
A wishlist that follows the customer
The wishlist is stored in a customer metafield, so it is there on every device the customer signs in from.
Profile data you define
With the metafield editor, the customer fills fields you created in Shopify: sizes, preferences, a company reference.
Fixed in 2.0
The default address can now be edited, and order links stay clickable while the list is loading. Both came out of the 2.0 end-to-end tests.
Returns without a returns app
Return and removal requests go from the order page to Shopify. No app and no plan: what can be returned follows the store's return rules in Settings › Returns.
- Smootify 2.0 removes classic customer accounts. The 1.x to 2.0 migration guide covers what changes on the site.
- A customer metafield needs Storefront access, or the page cannot read it.
