Smootify runs in the browser against Shopify, on a site hosted by Webflow. Most outages start at one of the two. Here is where to look.

Is it every store, or only yours? Open another Smootify store, such as a template demo.

Did anything change in the Shopify admin? The Headless channel token and Storefront access on metafields are the usual suspects.
- 03
Is it only the Server features? Draft orders, bookings, uploads, metaobject writes and newsletter sign-ups run on our server; the rest runs in the browser against Shopify.
