smootify-product[data-id="loader"]
Placeholder card: never needed in the generic build. The card template of a list is the first smootify-product of the block, inside its .sm-dyn-item (any data-id, loader or not), cloned, and the other server-rendered cards of the list (with or without data-id="loader") stay until the first results replace them in one step (kept when they are the same products in the same order), and data-id="loader" is still ignored if the markup has it. There is no slider that a source expands into loader slides.
Where it can go
- Inside any of:
dynamic-swiper,smootify-search-discovery,smootify-search-page. - Out of place, it stays in the page and does nothing: stays a placeholder when nothing fills it, never removed.
What it requires
Nothing beyond Smootify: it works on every plan.
