Form wrapper with a success state and a redirect, no request behind it: on submit it shows [form-done] and follows data-redirect, and sends nothing. For a form that goes somewhere, a plain form of the site's own (its endpoint or script, its [form-done] / [form-fail] panels shown by the site), or the server forms (metaobject-creator, newsletter-subscribe: their data lands in Shopify).
