Nothing here needs Shopify Plus. Formats, subscriptions and the box run on Lite; readings use Booking on the Server plan. Pre-orders need a pre-order app on Shopify, which creates the selling plan that Smootify sells. Ebooks and audiobooks are delivered by a Shopify app: Smootify sells them.
