Customer photos, approved
Once a day, the customer photos you approved join their product’s gallery, and each customer who sent one gets store credit.
How it runs.
A Webflow form writes a metaobject; Shopify Flow takes it from there.
- TriggerScheduled time
Flow has no trigger for an entry becoming active, so the workflow runs once a day (at 3:00 Rome time in the file) and takes the photos approved since.
- ConditionCheck if
- The photo is active, the customer gave consent, and it was not handled yet
Otherwise the workflow stops here.
- Action 1
Add each approved photo to its product’s
custom.customer_photoslist, keeping the photos already there (“Run code” and “Send Admin API request”: metafieldsSet) - Action 2
Mark the photo as handled (the
rewardedfield), so it is never added or rewarded twice - Action 3
When the photo is linked to a customer, credit them 5 in store credit (storeCreditAccountCredit); remove this step if you do not reward photos

5.00andEUR, or delete the step if you do not reward photos. - Test it once with a real submission or order, then turn the flow on.
Where people get stuck.
- 01
Only photos you make active, with consent, reach the product: a photo left as a draft is never shown nor rewarded.
- 02
The workflow runs once a day, so an approved photo shows on the product the morning after.
- 03
Customers are rewarded only when the form links the photo to them with
customer-field; the credit is in one currency. - 04
A video sent from the form is a plain file, not a Shopify video: it does not play in the gallery.
Get the .flow file.
In Shopify Flow, choose Import and pick the file. The workflow opens turned off: check that it reads your metaobject definition and its field keys, then turn it on.
