customer-address
Address row template, cloned once per address; 2.0: the customer's default address's row gets is-default (:60).
customer-address is a template, read by customer-addresses, delete-address: it is never defined on its own.

- Inside
customer-addresses. - Out of place, it stays in the page and does nothing.
What it requires
Nothing beyond Smootify: it works on every plan.
