Lists the customer's addresses, one row per address, with edit and delete forms armed.

- Anywhere on the page.
- Must contain
customer-address. - Out of place, Smootify removes it from the page: no row template; also removed when logged out.
What it requires
- Shopify’s customer accounts, and
newCustomerAccountsPublicKeyinSmootifyUserOptions.
